Removal

Find somewhere safe, dry and secure to place your Ibanez HH guitar while you work on it.
If your Ibanez has a pickguard like a Stratocaster you will need to remove the strings and undo the screws that hold the pickguard to the body. Do not undo the 6 x pickup screws by mistake.
Remove the control knobs x 2 and the switch cap.
Remove the 2 x pot nuts and washers and the 2 x screws for the switch.
Flip the guitar over and remove the screws that hold the control plate.
In the control panel, cut the wires from the pickups closest to the switch and the pots as possible.
cut the wires from the jack socket closest to the pot as possible.
cut the ground wire and any other grounding wires closest to the pot as possible.
The wiring harness should be free to come out.

Replacement

At this point you may want to clean pot holes on the front of the guitar from where the old pots have been.
You will need to check the size of the holes for the pots as on some guitars they are drilled small for cheap electrical components. If they are small, the best way to enlarge them to 10mm to fit CTS pots, is to use a round file.
Fit the new harness into place and do up the fixing nuts and screws at the front
Solder the pickups wires to the pots and the switch (refer to wiring diagram)
Solder the 2 jack socket wires to the pots (refer to wiring diagram)
Solder the ground bridge wire to the back of the pot (refer to wiring diagram)
Once this is done, you should test to make sure everything is working.
You can now replace the control plate cover.
Re-fit the control knobs and the switch cap.
