This pre-wired Fender Jazz Bass Vintage Style Wiring Harness is designed for replacing old electrics or upgrading the electronics of imported models or for use on DIY Kits. This is a Professional Jazz Bass wiring harness using the very best in components to enhance the quality of tone and sound output from your guitar.

Components
Premium 250k CTS Potentiometers x 3, solid shaft.
Switchcraft Jack Socket.
Capacitor / Sprague Orange Drop, Size 0.047uF.
Gavitt USA made cloth covered 22AWG wire.
Tinned-copper “buss” ground wire.
Jack Socket and Pots supplied with Nut, Flat Washer & Locking Star Washer.

Will this fit my guitar?
Our pre-wired Fender Jazz Bass Wiring harness is wired to fit genuine Fender USA or Mexican control plates. If installing into an imported model or a DIY guitar kit you will need to ensure the Potentiometer holes on the control plate will take CTS pots (approx 10mm). This can be done using a round file or carefully with a 10mm drill.

Centre to centre measurements between components
Centre of Volume pot 1 to centre of volume pot 2 – 35mm.
Centre of Volume pot 2 to centre of tone pot – 35mm.
Centre of tone pot to centre of jack socket – 35mm.
These measurements were taken from a USA Fender Jazz Bass control plate. If your measurements are different from the above, please let us know and we will build your harness to your specifications.
