This pre-wired Fender P/J Bass Vintage Wiring Harness with Blend Pot is designed for replacing old electrics or upgrading the electronics of imported models or for use on DIY Kits. Components
Premium 250k CTS Potentiometers x 2, Solid Shaft.
Premium 250K Bourns Blend Balance Pot x 1, Solid Shaft.
Switchcraft Jack Socket.
Capacitor / Sprague Orange Drop 0.047uF.
Gavitt USA made cloth covered 22AWG wire.
Tinned-copper “buss” ground wire.
Jack Socket and Pots supplied with Nut, Flat Washer & Locking Star Washer.

Will this fit my guitar?
Our pre-wired Fender PJ Bass Wiring harness is wired to fit genuine Fender USA or Mexican control plates. If installing into an imported model or a DIY guitar kit you will need to ensure the Potentiometer holes on the control plate will take CTS pots (approx 10mm). This can be done using a round file or carefully with a 10mm drill.

Centre to centre measurements between components
Centre of Volume pot 1 to centre of Blend pot 2 – 35mm.
Centre of Blend pot 2 to centre of tone pot – 35mm.
Centre of tone pot to centre of jack socket – 35mm.
These measurements were taken from a USA Fender PJ Bass control plate. If your measurements are different from the above, please let us know and we will build your harness to your specifications.
