Premium 500k CTS Potentiometers x 2, split shaft.

Sprague Orange Drop Capacitor, Size 0.022uF.

Treble Bleed Option
A Treble Bleed takes the high treble tone frequencies out of the circuit at the volume pot and puts them back in the circuit as the signal leaves the volume pot. The result is a smoothed out treble and a more uniform tone from 1 to 10. Reducing the treble drop out as the volume pot rolls off. If you like the idea of retaining treble as you roll your volume pot down, then a treble bleed is for you.

Position 2 – Bridge pickup with middle pickup in parallel with volume and tone adjustment.

Position 5 – Neck pickup with volume and tone adjustment.
Will this fit my guitar?
Our pre-wired Yamaha Pacifica 112 Wiring harness is wired to fit genuine Yamaha Pacifica 112 control plates. If installing into an imported model or a DIY guitar kit you will need to ensure the Potentiometer holes on the Pickguard will take CTS pots (approx 10mm). This can be done using a round file or carefully with a 10mm drill.
Centre to centre measurements between components
Centre of Volume pot to Switch – 50mm.
Centre of Volume pot to centre of Tone pot – 65mm.
These measurements were taken from a Yamaha Pacifica 112.

The Yamaha Pacifica 112 wiring harness is one of the more simple harnesses to fit with a few wires to solder, including ground wires, 3 hot wires from the pickups and 1 ground and 1 hot going to the jack and the ground wire from the bridge. All ground wires go to the back of the Volume Potentiometer and the pickup hot wires go to the 3 in a line unused lugs on the 5 way switch. There is sometimes an additional ground wire from the body which you will need to solder to the back of the Volume Potentiometer.
